The aim of course:
The course is divided in 3 training phases. During the course the student will complete the Private Pilot License (PPL), the ATPL theoretical knowledge course (Distance Learning), the VFR Navigation flights (Hour Building), the Night Rating (NR), the Single Engine Instrument Rating (IR/SP/SE), the Multi Engine Piston Class Rating (MEP), the Multi Engine Instrument Rating (IR/SP/ME), the Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT) course and the Commercial Pilot License course (CPL).
Training phases:
Phase 1
During Phase 1 the student will complete the Private Pilot License (PPL) course with 45 hours and the first part of the Hour Building with 30 hours VFR Navigation flights. The Phase 1 theoretical knowledge course comprises of 9 (PPL) subjects with Distance Learning or self study training by CATS e-Platform with inter-active video training, slide presentation, progress tests and sample exams. Phase 1 flight training comprises a total of 75 hours on single engine piston airplanes (SEP). Of those 35 hours will be dual instruction and 40 hours as pilot in command (PIC).
Phase 2
At Phase 2, the student will complete the ATPL theoretical knowledge course with Distance Learning and the second part of the Hour Building with 70 hours VFR Navigation flights. The ATPL theoretical knowledge course with Distance Learning comprises CATS e-Platform, full equipped with ATPL e-books, ATPL Computer Based Training (CBT), approved inter-active video training, slide presentation, progress tests and sample exams. The Phase 2 flight training course comprises a total of 75 hours, including 5 hours of the Night Rating course, on single engine piston airplanes (SEP), 71 hours of them as pilot in command (PIC).
Phase 3
What includes:
- Theoretical training with Distance Learning via CATS e-Platform with 75 hours of classroom and progress tests
- 229 hours of flight instruction
- Pilot’s uniform and equipment (bag, logbook, maps/charts etc)
- All required theoretical training materials (IPad, ATPL e-books, aircraft manuals, check lists etc)
- Airport landing fees and taxes
- Theoretical exam fees (1 try)
- Flight exam fees (1 try)
- Flight Examiner’s fees (1 try)
- Optional transportation (with EU drive license)
- ***Accomodation provided with additional fees after request
Entry Requirements
- Be at least 17 years old
- Sufficient knowledge of the English language
- EASA Medical Class 1 certificate
- Student Schengen VISA (for non European citizens)
