The aim of course:

CPL(A)/IR/MEP/UPRT Modular course is a combination of flight training courses. The course consists of the following modules: the Single Engine Instrument Rating (IR/SP/SE) including PBN training, the Multi Engine Class Rating (MEP), the Multi Engine Instrument Rating (IR/SP/ME), the Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT) course and the Commercial Pilot License (CPL). The duration of the course can vary from 30 to 60 days depending on the student’s personal schedule.

Training:

The flight training comprises of a total of 79 hours. Of those 28 hours are conducted on single engine piston airplanes (SEP), 13 hours on multi engine piston airplanes (MEP) and 38 hours on an FNPT II flight simulator, including 24 VFR hours and 55 IFR hours. The flight training course commences with the Single Engine Instrument Rating including PBN training (FNPT II: 35 hrs and SEP: 15 hrs), the Multi Engine Class Rating (MEP: 6 hrs) followed by the Multi Engine Instrument Rating (FNPT II: 3 hrs and MEP: 2 hrs), the Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT) course (SEP: 3 hrs) and is completed with the Commercial Pilot License (SEP: 10 hrs, MEP: 5 hrs).

Entry Requirements

  • PPL(A) license with Night Rating endorsed
  • EASA Medical Class 1 certificate
  • EASA ATPL theoretical Exams certificate
  • Verification of License Authenticity from the CAA that issued your PPL
  • Stamped Pilot Logbook
  • Have at least 150 hrs, including 100 hrs as PIC, of which 50 hrs cross country as PIC and a cross country 300 NM with two stops at airports different from the base airport
